It is an institution to provide the investors in Yunnan with various services. Its foundation was approved by the People’s Government of Yunnnan Province in 1996.

Its services are as follows:

I. Investment Promotion

To preparing and recommending investment plans. Recommend investment partners.

II. Agency Services

a) To prepare report of feasibility study, contract, articles of association, etc. for the investors for the establishment of foreign-funded enterprises.

b) On behalf of investors, going through the whole procedures for the approval of investment certificate and for the registration with Industrial and commercial administration department, taxation bureau and the Customs for the establishment of foreign-funded enterprises.

c) To provide the service for foreign companies to set up branch

offices in Yunnan Province. Provide various relevant services for foreign-funded enterprises during their period of production upon termination of business and amendment of contract terms.

III. Consultant Services

Provide consultant services in the field of investment environment, policies and law, etc.
